Yogurt is a refreshing snack in the summer. It is also loaded with health enhancing properties that also nourishes skin if applied directly or by mixing it in a face pack.

  1. Lactic Acid and Calcium that Exfoliates and moisturizes dull skin. It removes excess oil and dirt.
  2. Vitamin B2, B5, B12, essential fats and proteins in Yogurt helps in nourishing the skin and make it look younger.
  3. Encourages new and healthy cell growth, brightens dull skin and reduces dark or acne spots and lightens skin.
  4. Zinc and Riboflavin restore elasticity and works on wrinkles, they protect skin cells, shrinks pores and makes the skin younger, softer and radiant. It prevents premature aging of the skin.

Step 1: Mix all ingredients in a smooth paste,

Step 3: Wash with plain water after the pack dries.

Yogurt Pack 1: Yogurt Besan/ Chickpea flour Pack.

Ingredients: 1 tbsp Besan / Chickpea flour + 1 tsp honey + a pinch of turmeric powder + 1 Tbsp Yogurt.

Yogurt Pack 2: Yogurt Pumpkin Pack

Ingredients: 2 tsp Pumpkin pulp + 1 Tbsp Yogurt

Yogurt Pack 3: Yogurt Potato

Ingredients: Grated Potato 2 tsp + 1 Tbsp Yogurt

Yogurt Pack 4: Yogurt Cucumber Pack

Ingredients: Grated Cucumber 2 tsp + 1 Tbsp Yogurt

Yogurt Pack 5: Yogurt Oats Pack

Ingredients: 2 tsp Oats (Ground or Soaked in Yogurt) + 1 tsp honey + few drops of lemon drops + 1 Tbsp Yogurt

Yogurt Pack 6: Yogurt Fuller Earth Pack

Ingredients: ½ Tbsp Fuller Earth (Multani Mitthi) + 2 tsp Sandalwood Powder (Optional) + 1 Tbsp Yogurt

Yogurt Pack 7: Yogurt Turmeric Pack

Ingredients: A pinch of Turmeric + 1 tsp Honey + 1 tbsp Yogurt
