Organic Apple Cider Vinegar which is raw and not processed is beneficial for body, skin and hair. The pure unprocessed ACV is a great source of potassium, minerals, vitamins and enzymes. It maintains body’s pH level as it increases the alkaline state. It is beneficial for curing brittle teeth, hair loss, acne, skin condition, blemishes, irregular bowel movement, and runny noses. It is a great way to detoxify and it works against viral, bacterial, and fungal infections. Researchers believe regular intake of ACV can slow down the aging process.

Different studies give different reasons how ACV helps to reduce weight and many who tried to use ACV for weight loss have been benefited. • Always dilute ACV before applying on skin concentrated ACV can damage or burn skin so use 1 part ACV with 6 parts water or more.
• You can use this as a wonderful natural toner just after you cleanse your skin apply the mixture of ACV + Water with a cotton ball and let it dry naturally then layer up your moisturizer.
• Improves skin conditions by clearing acne, eczema
• Makes the skin clear and glowing as it reduces skin discoloration, acne or age spots, wrinkles, black or white heads and even sun tan.
• You can add 2 tsp of ACV to your bath for an overall cleanse, it is also effective to eliminate body odor or any other skin conditions
• It is a great remedy to remove warts. Soak a small cotton ball in ACV, place it on a wart, hold it down with help of a Band-Aid, leave overnight, repeat till the wart is gone.

4. For Hair:
• Apple Cider Vinegar can be used as a natural conditioner to make hair soft and shiny.
• Mix 1 part ACV with 10 Parts water and pour all over hair after you shampoo your hair.
• Leave it for half a minute and rinse off with cold or slightly warm water. Use it once a week. Avoid using daily or every time you wash your hair.

When –

How I use it –
I add 2 tsp of ACV in 1 liter (34 ounces) of water and drink it first thing in the morning. If you cannot have it all in one go try to drink it in the first hour of the morning.

Some do recommend 1 tsp in 1 glass half an hour before every meal but I would advice to start it slowly and if you like the results you can always increase it gradually.
I highly recommend taking ACV only in the morning.

    Yeah, I hare read about it being good for acne. I have not tried it myself, but I did sprinkle some in a glas water as I heard it is good for your health. I guess it regulates the pH level.

I understand how you feel overwhelmed I still do as there is so much to do and blogging is a constant learning procedure and frankly quite time consuming but it is also very rewarding if you are really serious about sticking with it for a long time. You can use the free platform intially till you get the idea of the whole deal but my honest suggestion is to get to the paid option as soon as possible as you have more control and benefits in the paid version. You will find many blogs (Problogger or Copyblogger or The smart passive income blog to name a few) who help new bloggers to set up the blog from scratch. These blogs are very helpful. Paid or free stick to wordpress. Don’t give up on the dream as making a blog famous takes time and lots of efforts but with the right attitude it can all be fun. All the best. 🙂

  13. Reiza Thanks for your comment. I agree with your point of softening the tooth enamel and I have mentioned it in the post above under the point Safety Concerns. I have also mentioned precautions like diluting ACV with lots of water (1part ACV + 10 parts water or more) and use good quality unadulterated, pure, unprocessed, organic, raw ACV.

    Here are some additional points that can help:
    • Immediately rinse your mouth well with water after drinking ACV. Don’t brush your teeth right away as that may grind the vinegar into the enamel.
    • Do not drink it in combination with anything sweet like honey, juice or Gatorade. The combination is lethal on the teeth.
    • Possibility: Drink ACV with a straw at the back of the throat slowly. The trick is to not let the liquid touch your teeth.

    Great article on ACV, and I have now learned even more about ACV. Just like ordinary vinegar it seems to have many different uses. I don’t know how long this stuff has been around, it seemed to appear from nowhere and take the health market by storm,

  21. I meant 34 ounces = 0.26 gallons = 1 liter water. It may sound a lot but it’s very effective. If you can’t have it all in the morning you can also sip it through the day.
