Everyday millions of Indians all over the world have a spoonful of goodness. They incorporate immunity and health in their life daily with a spoonful of Chyawanprash. Chyawanprash is loaded with nutrition of Amla and other Ayurvedic ingredients like Ashwagandha, Guduchi. In my post Amla or Indian Gooseberry: Every day Visit to the Fountain of Youth (part 2) I have already mentioned how beneficial consuming Amla is and Chyawanprash is the one of the best ways we can do it.

From childhood my parents have made sure I take a spoonful of Dabur Chyawanprash twice a day. They didn’t had to force me as I love the taste it’s a delicious mix of so much health that it increases our immunity and shields our body from sickness like cough and cold. When I moved out of my parents house for a while I didn’t take care of my health. I was lazy, ignorant or just completely stupid like many others youngsters moving out the house for the first time.

Slowly and steady I got a grip on my health and it takes discipline to live a healthy and active life. Today I make sure that I and my husband have Chyawanprash daily. My health strategy is simple it is better safe than sorry. I encourage every spouse and parent to encourage their loved ones to start the habit of taking Chyawanprash daily. I choose Dabur’s over any other available in the market simply because Dabur Chyawanprash has anti-oxidant properties and helps to strengthen your body’s internal defence mechanism – the immune system – thereby protecting you from day to day infections such as cough, cold etc.

Dabur Chyawanprash’s magnificent brew of Ayurvedic herbs strengthens the body’s natural defence mechanism by stimulating your NK cells* (Natural Killer Cells). NK cells assist in fighting with virus and bacteria in your body, thus giving us increased immunity from various infections. Recent scientific studies conducted on Dabur Chyawanprash have proven its immunomodulatory and anti-allergic potential. It is a time-tested, age-old formulation has a number of herbs like Amla, known to be one of the best antioxidants, Giloy (Guduchi), known to have immuno-modulatory properties, and has more than 40 other natural ingredients.

Our Children are our pride and joy. We love them and care for them and we let their warmth and energy fill our hearts and our homes. When this precious source of energy falls sick, its effects are felt throughout the house and it sometimes feels like the house itself has fallen ill. Dabur Chyawanprash, a time-tested, age-old formulation has a number of herbs like Amla, known to be one of the best antioxidants, Giloy (Guduchi), known to have immuno-modulatory properties, and more than 40 other natural ingredients. Dabur Chyawanprash increases Immunity by 3 times* & hence protects against illness. After all a healthy child makes a happy home.
