I drink Chai or Tea like it is the fuel my brain runs on. I can have a cup any time of day or night. My only issue with tea was the sugar. Add 1 tablespoon soaked Chia seeds and enjoy the filling delicious healthy smoothie that is very filling.

If you need some seasoning sprinkle little black pepper powder and Himalayan Pink salt.
